Skylar absolutely LOVES playing with puppies. It's probably one of his favorite things besides being with his mommy, ME! :-) Yes, Skylar is a Momma's boy :-) Here are some pics of Skylar playing with the pups. He lets them crawl all over him, bite his ears... anything they want to do. How cute is that??? Our local animal shelter has decided to have a Wiener Dog Festival/races to raise money in order to build a new building to house more needy animals. They are having, of course, a costume parade!! Since Merlin LOVES getting dressed up, we had to try on his "Merlin, The Wizard" costume and see if it fits. It's either this or Pimp Daddy... wihich would suit him REALLY well, but I couldn't find one in town & waited to long to get one shipped. So, here are some pics of Merlin trying on his costume. You can tell he was really thrilled about that hat. We'll see how long it stays on for the costume parade.

Our eyes are fully open... are ears are able to hear... we're running around & exploring the world! Here are some pics of the pups in their whelping box. They're outgrowing it pretty quick & it won't be long until they figure out how to follow Mom and climb out of it :-) Pics taken 9-14-07
