Bo (Black and Tan Shorthair)

Bo is an AWESOME little guy. He's 3 1/2 years old. He's a neutered male Black and tan Dachshund. He's a bit on the big side--probably close to 17 or 18 pounds. Solid muscle. He almost ALWAYS has a toy in his mouth and will fetch it for you. He just loves his toys. He can also climb baby gates. He climbs the baby gate into my laundry room and stashes his toys and bones in there. So, I finally gave in and gave him a blanket in there too, so that's his little "Bo Room". :) He's such a snuggle bug and loves attention. As long as he has a stuffed toy in his mouth, he's happy. He'll even bring it to the food bowl and drop it in the food bowl so he can watch it while eating. Funny guy!! He is current on his annual vaccination, but will need his Rabies vaccine.
I was there for his birth, so I've known him all of his life. He was adopted out when he was a pup along with another one of my puppies. The lady decided that two puppies were too much for her, so she gave Bo back to me. He did have a little bit of training while living with her and was potty trained. He's great with other dogs, cats, children, you name it. For the most part he is very quiet, but will bark if he hears things outside or if something is new to him. He's paper trained and will need some patience as well to teach him how to go potty outside. So, please be patient with him... he'll learn. :) He's an exceptional guy and deserves a family to call his own. I have become attached to him, as you can imagine, so I would love picture and email updates of how he's doing.

You can click here http://www.hiddenoasisranch.com/mt-static/previous_litterspuppies/available_puppies/ to see more puppy pictures of Bo and his littermates. His mom is Pepper.

Flynn (Chocolate Dapple Longhair)

DOB: 8-15-2008
AKC Registered
Adoption Fee:

Brother to Heath and Leah

Flynn is one of the sweetest boys ever!! He's a chocolate dapple longhair (minimally dappled). He's 1 1/2 years old. He is Skylar's son and has a lot of Skylar's personality in him. I would say that out of all of Skylar's babies, Flynn is the most like him. Anyone that knows Skylar knows that he's a one of a kind Doxie. : ) Flynn's mom, Milli, is as quiet and kind as Skylar, so Flynn was destined to be a good boy. : ) Flynn is very calm and quiet, but loves to play. He LOVES to snuggle and will sleep right by your head at night. He puts his head on your shoulder (Skylar does this too). He gets along great with other dogs, cats, children,.... everyone. He's just such a sweetheart!

When I took him to get neutered, I also took my 70 pound lab mix (Kory) to get spayed. Kory was frightened out of her mind and Flynn was calm, cool, and collected. He tried hard to give Kory kisses and make her feel a little bit better. He was a champ and everyone at the vet clinic just adored him!

He is AKC registered. He is neutered and is current on his vaccinations incl. Rabies. He's a little over weight since his neuter, so he will need a family that is willing to help him lose weight and keep it under control so the weight doesn't put any pressure on his back. Adoption fee is $150 and he MUST.... absolutely MUST go to a fantastic, super, excellent, loving (and any other word I can think of) home/family! : ) I just love this little guy to pieces and I would LOVE email updates and pictures of him.

Rustin (Chocolate Shorthair)

Rustin is a solid chocolate shorthair dachshund. He probably weighs close to 20 pounds. He's all muscle... just a big 'ol boy. He is a sweetheart and has a blast playing fetch with you. He loves carrying toys in his mouth. It's a trait that he has passed on to his babies. Bo is his son. Click here to see Bo: (http://www.hiddenoasisranch.com/mt-static/adults/boys/bo/)

Rustin is 5 years old (Birthdate is 9-20-04). He will need to be neutered and have his rabies vaccination. He is current on his annual vaccination. He is CKC registered and APRI and I will transfer those registrations to you, if you would like, upon proof of his neuter. I want these guys to be pets and spoiled and loved as they have been all their lives. He will need to be taught to be potty trained outside as he has been trained to go to potty on paper. We have a lot of poisonous snakes outside. He's a GREAT big boy and deserves a great family to call his own. He's great with children, cats, dogs, etc. Just as long as you have plenty of toys for him to carry around, he's happy. He (like Bo) will take his toys to his feed bowl and leave it there while he's eating so he can watch his toys. : ) Sometimes he forgets them there and starts looking around the house for them. :) Should you adopt him, email updates and pictures are a must :)

Recent pictures will be posted soon....

Daisy (Isabella Dapple Shorthair)

Daisy (aka "Ducky" or "Duck Duck") is an Isabella Dapple Shorthair (minimally dappled). Isabellas is a very rare color. It comes from the dilute gene off of the red gene. I have no clue how I came up with her nicknames of Ducky and Duck Duck, but she loves them and will come running every single time! :) I was there to watch Daisy being born and it's going to be very hard for me to not have her be a part of my life every day. She, too, deserves far more time and attention than I can give her at this time. She deserves to go on walks, explore life, have a backyard, etc. She's excellent with other dogs, cats, children, etc. She is super lovable, snuggly, and loves to give you kisses. She'll sleep with you all night long, cuddled up under the blankets pushed up against you.

Daisy is 4 years old (born in Jan 2006). She is spayed and current on her annual vaccination, but will need her rabies vaccine. She used to be super skinny before she was spayed and now she's a little chunk. So, some weight management for her would do a world of good for her. Her back legs are a little bowed, which is why I kept her. We thought it happened due to the positioning in the womb. Isabellas are notorious for having thinning of the hair, and, unfortunately, Daisy does have some hair thinning. Last I checked there is no Rogaine for Doxies. :)

Doxies don't get much sweeter than Daisy!! I adore her and want her to have a family of her own. She would LOVE exploring the world outside of my house in the woods and she deserves it! If you opt to adopt her, email updates and pictures are a must... maybe I can even visit her or meet you all at the dog park. :)

Here are some recent pictures of Daisy. I can't seem to get a great picture showing the dappling on her head on her ears. I'll keep trying :) Daisy3%204-9-10.jpg Daisy%20running%204-9-10.jpg Daisy%20up-close%204-9-10.jpg
Forgive the red eyes in the next picture. :) You can sort of see the dappling on her left ear in this picture. Daisy1%204-9-10.jpg DAisy2%204-9-10.jpg
Isabellas have BEAUTIFUL eyes!! This picture just doesn't do Daisy's eyes any justice, but I wanted to attempt to capture the color. They are a goldish color on the outside and a blue-lavendar color on the inside of the iris. Daisy%20eye%204-9-10.jpg

Emma (Red Brindle Dapple Longhair)

DOB: Feb 3, 2008
CKC Registered

Emma is a SWEETHEART!!! I love this little girl! She is such a loving pup. She will snuggle under the covers with you all day long or go to the park with you. She's Skylar's daughter... so for those of you that know Skylar... enough said. : ) She has his looks and personality! : ) She is just super loving and laid back. She has been raised in the very quiet country (surrounded by woods), so she will probably take a little time to settle down to the ways of city life. In other words, she may bark a bit at first, but she'll calm down. : )

She is a very rare color of dachshund. She has both the brindle and dapple gene, which is very rare from what I can find on the internet. Her dappling has faded away, as it usually does when combined with the brindle. However, she still has a blue speck in her left eye. Her coat is super soft.

Emma had a very unplanned litter of pups in Nov 2008. VERY unplanned!! Deuce and Huck are her babies and she was a FANTASTIC mother! I was so proud of her. I would like for Emma to go to a great family where she is spoiled rotten and super loved! She needs to be spayed and needs her rabies, but she is current on her annual vaccination, heartworm meds, and deworming. I would LOVE.... absolute LOVE updates and pictures of her and maybe even be able to visit her. She's a SUPER girl and deserves the very best family!
