Rustin (Chocolate Shorthair)
Rustin is a solid chocolate shorthair dachshund. He probably weighs close to 20 pounds. He's all muscle... just a big 'ol boy. He is a sweetheart and has a blast playing fetch with you. He loves carrying toys in his mouth. It's a trait that he has passed on to his babies. Bo is his son. Click here to see Bo: (http://www.hiddenoasisranch.com/mt-static/adults/boys/bo/)
Rustin is 5 years old (Birthdate is 9-20-04). He will need to be neutered and have his rabies vaccination. He is current on his annual vaccination. He is CKC registered and APRI and I will transfer those registrations to you, if you would like, upon proof of his neuter. I want these guys to be pets and spoiled and loved as they have been all their lives. He will need to be taught to be potty trained outside as he has been trained to go to potty on paper. We have a lot of poisonous snakes outside. He's a GREAT big boy and deserves a great family to call his own. He's great with children, cats, dogs, etc. Just as long as you have plenty of toys for him to carry around, he's happy. He (like Bo) will take his toys to his feed bowl and leave it there while he's eating so he can watch his toys. : ) Sometimes he forgets them there and starts looking around the house for them. :) Should you adopt him, email updates and pictures are a must :)
