Twist is a grey (almost snow white) Percheron gelding that stands at 17.2 hands and weighs over 2000 pounds. Percherons have been bred for their quiet dispositions, patience, and desire to work. Twist is no exception. He truly is a "gentle giant". He absolutely loves his job and it shows in every aspect of his presence while he is hitched up to the carriage.
Twist has extensive experience in carriage service, which includes being the main horse for Candlelight Carriage Service in Fredericksburg, Texas. Now, he joins us here at Hidden Oasis Carriage Company. He has become a vital part of our family. We love him dearly as does his horse-y family.
